please add me as co-maintainer for rtmpdump

Could somebody with the requiste permissions please add me (FAS:
alexlan, e-mail: alexl at users.sourceforge.net) to owners.list as a
co-maintainer for "rtmpdump"?  The current primary maintainer (dwmw2) is
fine adding me as a co-maintainer, see:
