I guess I should have mentioned that I'm not with OpenShot, so my updated spec
won't be related to the one on their website. I merely updated the one that was
here (and wrote the docs patch.)

For dependencies, it lists mlt-python which I think should take care of
mlt-melt. Technically, frei0r-plugins isn't required, but I could add that,
since the effects are limited without it.

The locale files are installed in the python site-package, for whatever reason,
so the spec uses a modified find_lang script to get them. See comment #1.
