Request for update of mjpegtools

Hi,
it seems that the current mjpegtools package in rpmfusion is lacking a
fix which is vital for encoding in LiVES:

I would appreciate it very much if somebody could kindly update the
mjpegtools packages with a more recent
build of the code which contains the fix mentioned above.

[ This fix should be considered high importance, as users could try to
encode a video clip
(which will fail silently after a couple of thousand frames) and then
close the original clip, causing data loss for users. ]
