Hi,
I have changed the spec files according to your comments.
also  also did a mock build - BuildRequires stay the same.

I am not sure if suche a thing like icecast will be suitable for
normal fedora repository, as usually its used to stream mp3 ( i never
have seen a ogg streaming radio out there)  . But as mp3 is considered
evil in fedora, i believe such thing like icecast, better lives outside
normal package tree. But that is just my opinion
