I don't see how an update from 0.6.3 to 0.7.3 qualifies as minimal?!
So, again, please revert

Actually I'm not at home so despite it can be possible if really
needed, I won't push any update until next friday. So please push the
work in devel first. It can be possible to update F-15 x264 to ABI 115
as discussed previously also. But this doesn't need to rush.
