xine-lib-extras-freeworld-1.1.20-3.fc1[56] updates needing coordination

The Fedora 16 update:
> https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/xine-lib-1.1.20-1.fc16
is now queued for stable.

The Fedora 15 update is "critical path" due to the
kdelibs → phonon → phonon-backend-xine → xine-lib
dependency chain (the default Phonon backend in Fedora 15 is GStreamer, but 
the critical path marking algorithm is greedy and marks all backends as 
critical), so it needs to wait another week unless there's positive feedback 
in Bodhi.
