I have a few questions if you're able to answer them:

1) Which requires are considered explicit? All of them? or just the ones that
the package needs that aren't added by rpmbuild?

2) Unless I mistaken, isn't this a suitable way to build dolphin until fedora
until SFML and libsoil are packaged?

3) I can make a spin but the only place I can post it is on my drop box; is
there another place I can post it or is this just fine?

4) If I remove wiiuse from the dep's, shouldn't this be alright? I realize that
Debian has strict rules against free libraries that link to non-free ones
without a special license, but would this really be a problem with RPM Fusion?
