since VirtualBox-OSE-4.1.2-1.fc15 in updates stable

VirtualBox-OSE-kmod-4.1.2-2.fc15.3 should also be in updates stable 

I see that you are trying sync with kernel on fedora/updates/testing/15/
but will be complex , because we have our testings ...
