Just in case so it was not obvious to some eyes.
The tarsnap License:
"Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, without modification,
is permitted for the sole purpose of using the "tarsnap" backup service
provided by Colin Percival."
is not listed in FSF compliant licenses, which make this package fall under the
RPM Fusion nonfree section.

We miss the permission to modify, even if it was for using with another (or
self) provider for the service.

That's probably arguable as IANAL...
