rebuilding mythtv and xbmc for EL6

I don't maintain / do epel branches for any of my packages
(due to time constrains), but I always welcome co-maintainers
who wish to maintain epel branches.

So if you want to maintain mjpegtools for epel in rpmfusion, feel
that is fine with me!
