Not much other than to save a copy of the plague-results repodata,
resubmit the build job and confirm that a builder doesn't load
the latest plague-results repodata.

What else? File another ticket? Reopen the old ticket?

Resubmitting the build is not a sufficient test. Only a builder admin can
tell whether the builder is configured correctly (as pointed out before).
