Just my 2 cent: If I wanted to get a driver into Fedora to support the
rtl8192se, then I'd try to package the driver that was recently merged for
Linux 3.0:

Yes, that might be even harder to do, but the driver from Realtek is a dead end
and will afaics be obsoleted by aforementioned driver in the long run.
