Ok, if no one objects, I'll volunteer to become a packager and take on this
package. 

I have it building cleanly under mock and checking good with rpmlint. 

I'm trying to do the same with mlt but it requires ffmpeg-devel which is not in
the fedora repos and I need some help adding the proper RPMFusion repos to my
mock configuration.
