You are right, the sed will get the version but during build time, so the final
package will only work for the version that it was set to. So we will end up
with a package that will work with one Fedora release only.

I feel the sed should be done during "%post" and get the version of the target
machine not the build machine.

And there was a bug report to update 11 to 12 but until now it is still at 11
and there is not 12, 13 or 14.
