If you run the symbol through c++filt it gives you something more
human readable:

$ c++filt _ZN13wxSVGDocument6RenderEiiPK9wxSVGRectb
wxSVGDocument::Render(int, int, wxSVGRect const*, bool)

A programmer could better say, but it looks like a linker issue to me.
