It looks like you still have the fdupes in there. See Nicolas's comments:

Your subpackage needs to depend on the release as well:

Requires:       %{name} = %{version}
to
Requires:       %{name} = %{version}-%{release}

Also, make sure you increment the release tag in-between updates, even for
this.
