Does anything other than LiVES use libweed? To me, this looks like a
convenience library (i.e. something that's clearly part of LiVES source code),
not like a bundled library, even if it could technically be used by other code
too. The telling signs are that it comes from the same upstream and is shipped
in the same tarball.
