Most mainstream cartography packages support popular coordinate conversions.
Although not a mainstream package with only a limited appeal, this package
supports a variety of seldom used coordinate conversions that makes it worthy
of consideration for inclusion in a repository.

The GEOTRANS license probably would exclude it from the Fedora Repository. Its
narrow target audience almost certainly would.
