Eh... :) Not really a big deal. Another option would be to use FIND_FILE(...
and FIND_LIBRARY(... to do things manually but the pkg-config module does make
things easy.

Not sure... I'd have to investigate. Either their cmake config is requiring it
even if it's not being used, or it's a requirement of one of the other main
requirements?
