soundkonverter is a GPLv2 licensed audio conversion tool. It's similar to
soundconverter in the main Fedora repos, except that it's extensible via
plugins and supports a lot more backends.

I've created a spec file that adheres to the Fedora packaging guidelines as
best as I could. The only thing I'm not sure about is the description. The spec
and src.rpm is attached.
