Build Error: MythTV on F-15

I grab mythtv-0.24.2-1.fc15.src.rpm with wget
http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/logs/fedora-15-rpmfusion_free/11881-mythtv-0.24.2-1.fc15/mythtv-0.24.2-1.fc15.src.rpm

and I build successfully  with mock in fedora-15-i386 and
fedora-15-x86_64 
...
MythWeather    plugin will be built

So it is odd 
I suggest open a bug on product infrastructure like this
