Build Error: MythTV on F-15

Same perl module version:
perl-DateTime-Format-ISO8601     noarch 0.07-4.fc15

How do we trouble shoot that? Since I don't have ssh access to the
build server, could someone create a F15 mock environment on it and
chroot into it and try to load the perl module "perl -e 'use
DateTime::Format::ISO8601;'"

and see what it says?
