Haha it does seem like WBEEJV.ini is useless, so I removed the file after build
to silence the rpmlint error. Also I incorporated a bunch of additions and
clean-up thanks to your spec/sources.

Note that the 2 bundled libraries have yet to be removed, as it's still a work
in progress and specs will have to be submitted to Fedora.
