ffmpeg-0.10 'pp_mode_t' and 'pp_context_t' errors

Hi,

While rebuilding some packages against newer ffmpeg-0.10, here are a
common error:
src/ffmpeg2theora.c:525:5: error: unknown type name 'pp_mode_t'
src/ffmpeg2theora.c:526:5: error: unknown type name 'pp_context_t'

I will kill the related F-17 build if the F-18 build has failed with this:

Here is an exemple how to fix:
Please have a look on your upstream master branch if there is not
already a patch for newer ffmpeg before looking into that:
