They do, although not always at exactly the same time but it's not exactly
required anyway. They both maintain fixes branches (currently using fixes/0.25)
so if for some reason they release 0.26 and we only update rawhide, I would
only use the fixes/0.26 with rawhide and the other releases would stay on
fixes/0.25.
