Sorry for the delay ,I've been extremely busy unfortunately but I looked into
it.
It seems this is the latest "stable" version, and on top of that, it's the
latest version with a working GUI. Furthermore, there doesn't seem to be any
viable third party GUI though.

At the moment I'm fairly intent on packaging this version. If it helps though,
I can change the name to "mupen64plus15" so the latest can also be packaged.
As well, I've been having trouble making or getting a patch to make it compile
on GCC 4.7, so I haven't posted a new review request.

If you would like to package it, feel free, because I'll have enough free time
to review it for you. I'm just having trouble finding time fix up the package.
