Well, the situation is clear: pycxx should be unbundled. I havn't really come
to the point looking for other bundled libraries, but at glance I do not find
any.

This also means that this request is blocked on
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=835432.

The 'locate pycxx' cmake patch: things would possibly become easier if you
added a pkgconfig .pc file to pycxx.
