Would unterminated processes cause RPMfusion build to fail?

Miro fails its build during the check phase on Fedora 16:
http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/build-status/job.psp?uid=12172
but succeeds when built locally on my mock instance. However, it does
trigger some warnings:
Mock Version: 1.1.21
INFO: Mock Version: 1.1.21

WARNING: Process ID 25329 still running in chroot. Killing...
Are these two related? And any idea how to debug this? I could make
the test script more verbose, I suppose.
Thanks,
