Ok, *HOPEFULLY* everything is right this time. I've re-fixed the
logrotate issues (not sure what happened there) for both F-15 (SysV)
and F-16+ (SystemD) and added a new requirement for mytharchive that I
don't think was mentioned in the release notes.
