ffmpeg build failing on armv7hl arch

Hi folks,

I am trying to build gstreamer-bad/ugly plugins for XO-1.75 which is
armv7hl arch, most of the dependencies I am able to build successfully but
ffmpeg is failing with below error during rpmbuild.

LD ffmpeg_g
libavcodec/libavcodec.so: undefined reference to `x264_encoder_open_128'
