Oops, sorry. The spec file is wrong but it is my fault.


line 54:

rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_datadir}/doc/%{name}

The correct is

rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_datadir}/doc


* In the %files section

The line

%dir %_datadir/%{name}

is missing.
