As far as I know there is one driver for most of Intel video chips. But name it
reports differs for different hardware [1]. On GMA950 it will be "i915".

For now on GMA950 libvdpau-va-gl performance is worse that Flash own software
scaling. But I hope there is room for improvement exists.
