F-20 is ready in RPM Fusion

Hi,

FYI RPM Fusion is ready for F-20, at least the "release Everything " repo
is in place.

The branch is done in cvs thx to Xavier. But there are still work needed to
fetch the configs to the builder and plague-server.

Please wait until the branching is done before to submit jobs in either
devel or F-20.
If you already have build some packages in devel, please re-submit one in
both F-20 and devel and bump release.
