F-20 is ready in RPM Fusion

Please bump release and build for devel and F-20...

Also as a reminder that there is no inheritance concept, it means that you
need to build the package in the specific branch to make it appears in the
related F-20 or in devel trees.

Another topic is that there is an error in the rpmfusion-*updates*-20 repo
layout
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/updates/20/i386/os instead of:
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/updates/20/i386/
It was corrected in the master mirror, but mirror manager still point to
the wrong location.
