ffmpeg: here we go again

Steps here, are:
1 - build x264 with bootstrap.
2 - build ffmpeg 
3 - build gpac
4 - build x264 without bootstrap (depends on gpac and ffmpeg )  
5 - build what requires x264,  repoquery --whatrequires x264\* --source 
6 - build what requires ffmpeg. 

In rawhide we need step 3, neither me or Julian have gpac ACL to do it.
