1.0.0 (r5350). On pcsx2.net the same source code is available. Why are you
using a different version (r5412)? We should try to follow upstream.

Actually I (aka upstream) asked Giles to package the version r5672 (r5412 was
trial). The reasons are easy.
99% of PCSX2 users are on Windows. PCSX2 work very well on windows so release
are infrequent and need careful testing. Wherease linux is years behind, and it
is still in WIP state. I won't make a linux release without a window release. 

My latest commits fix major bug with one graphic plugin and made it compatible
with opensource drivers (require mesa 9). Those major improvements explain why
it would be better to package r5672.
