kmod failing for kernel 3.8.1 for f18 (stable)

Hi, VirtualBox 4.2.8 (released 2013-02-27) announced on 28, 
have in changelog :
Linux Additions: Linux 3.8 compile fixes (bug #11036) 

So, should fix compiling against kernel 3.8, I'm going to build and test
it this afternoon, if no showstoppers I will submit it, that is ok isn't
it ?
