Opencv-nonfree in rpmfusion?

In general, I see no problem. This should be similar to e. g., 
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2206.

That said, IMHO the only way to get the final answer would be to 
actually make a review request,
