cvs update - ssh key problem ?

I haven't had success yet.
$ ps aux|grep ssh
...
davidt    1341  0.0  0.0  73444   712 ?        Ss   19:51   0:00
/usr/bin/ssh-agent /bin/sh -c exec -l /bin/bash -c
"/usr/bin/gnome-session --session=cinnamon"

What's the procedure to load ssh-agent or does this look right ?
