Upstream bug fixes

Sorry, I thought archives were universally usable these days.

Attached is the patch.  It was generated by diffing the distributed source with
the current state of the 1.11 branch (i.e. upstream bugfixes).  There were a
lot of bugfixes made after the "release".

Source1 is the updated manual; the way Mixxx is distributed, the PDF is built
separately and included directly in the Source0 tarball; all I'm doing is
overwriting that version.  The manual I provided can be generated with "bzr
checkout lp:~mixxxdevelopers/mixxx/manual-1.11.x", then inside the checked-out
directory, "make html", "make latexpdf", and "make latexpdf".

I can take out "Requires: protobuf" if you'd like.

The ffmpeg, libgpod, and libbpm builds aren't working at this time -- they're
not even compiling.
