yes, we have few human resources just to maintain and review new
packages .

Hi, though write my point of views , when we had problems of
buildsystem, I or we begin to think in migration of infra ...
Well, I want point out is instead a big migration of all services why
not migration one by one service. 
For example, first, just migrate cvs to git, without change anything
else , it is possible ?
