the updated list 

No broken deps from almost all free packages tested [1]

- nonfree broken deps :

  - OpenEXR_Viewers-nonfree-1.0.2-13.fc19.x86_64
  - php-pecl-pdflib-2.1.9-3.fc20.x86_64

also are completely out of date, we have openexr_viewers-2.1.0.tar.gz

and pdflib-3.0.4.tgz  http://pecl.php.net/package/pdflib

   - tcl-pgplot-5.2.2-35.fc19.x86_64 ,  FTBFS related with tcl versions
upgrades

   - mod_h264_streaming , I rebuilt it but seems a little abandoned  

"Our work is on the streaming module is continued at Unified
Streaming. ​http://www.unified-streaming.com (20 months ago)" and have
Evaluation License to test it. 
   - xmms2-nonfree

xmms2-nonfree does not compile with gcc 4.8+ IIRC 


I'm thinking in open bug reports for each package next week or so , if
no fix appears in meantime.
