Why not in Fedora: Requires ffmpeg and other RPM Fusion libraries

This is essentially a rename of xbmc, but I want to keep xbmc in RPM Fusion
until Fedora 20 is EOL next year.

Fedora 21 or higher is required (FFmpeg 2.2.0 or higher is required to build).
