We absolutely want to get our plugins that use libde265 into the upstream
packages before we would try to package them ourselves and release separately.

However I think pushing stuff upstream will be easier if the library is already
available in the distros, that's why I started this review request.

We didn't look into getting libde265 included into libav/FFmpeg yet as they are
shipping their own HEVC decoder, but we might do that in the future (we have
code ready that uses libde265 for decoding in libav/FFmpeg [1]).

Do you have any feedback on the .spec file yet?
