x264 so bump

Hi, 
I got x264-0.140-1.20140122gitde0bc36.fc21.src.rpm ready to submit,
as .so bumps from 138 to 140 we will need rebuild [1] 
avidemux
ffmpeg
ffmpeg-compat
gstreamer1-plugins-ugly
gstreamer-plugins-ugly
libquicktime
mplayer
mythtv
vlc

May I submit it ?
