Hello Eric,

Technically speaking the review is open to anyone in the fedora/RPM Fusion
packager group. So you can takeover the package review as if it was a fedora
package. ( your fas account ework).

That been said, the package been in the nonfree section means we cannot enable
fdk-aac within ffmpeg, the resulting binary will not be redistributable.

Until ffmpeg gains capability to dlopen fdk-aac at runtime, it won't be
possible to use fdk-aac from ffmpeg by default
Another way to solve the issue is to use lpf to automatically rebuild ffmpeg
with fdk-aac support on the users system.
