rtmpdump soversion bump

Hi,


I'm updating rtmpdump in the rawhide branch to the newest version,
which also will bump the soversion. Unfortunately the last version
that was API compatible is missing some functionality, so a soname
bump is required.

There are four bugs related to this: 2899, 2927, 2969 and 2970, which
should be fixed by the update.

Because the gnutls bindings are broken in the current package, I'll
update the F20 branch as well.
