Bundling exception for CMPlayer

Hello all,

I'm asking for a bundling exception for MPV in the cmplayer package.

The upstream developer is using a fork of MPV for the CMPlayer backend, 
and it is not possible to use the existing MPV package as the backend 
for the cmplayer package.
