Description: MAD is a high-quality MPEG audio decoder. It currently supports
MPEG-1 and the MPEG-2 extension to Lower Sampling Frequencies, as well as the
so-called MPEG 2.5 format. All three audio layers (Layer I, Layer II, and Layer
III a.k.a. MP3) are fully implemented.

Why this package is not eligible to be included in Fedora: mp3

rpmlint output:
mingw32-libmad-debuginfo.noarch: E: debuginfo-without-sources
mingw64-libmad-debuginfo.noarch: E: debuginfo-without-sources
-> that's normal for MinGW packages
mingw32-libmad.noarch: E: incorrect-fsf-address

-> upstream not updated for a long time and there are bigger issues

This is my first RPM Fusion package.
I'm already Fedora packager.
