I'm trying upstream libmpeg3_system.patch [1] made by you or at least mention
on reviews/cinelerra-cv [2] and in cinelerra-cv mailing list [3] they ask me :

Why do cinelerra-cv-2.2-libmpeg3_system.patch drop mplexlo?  It is not
part of libmpeg3, as far as I know?

Btw, what is the background for this part of:
